Shipping & Returns
January Moon offers domestic shipping through our friends at USPS. You will receive a delivery notification and USPS tracking number after your package has been sent. Standard orders ship within 3 to 5 business days from the time you place your order.
While we will make every effort to ensure the timely arrival of your item, delivery dates are not guaranteed. January Moon is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any packages that have been lost or damaged in transit. Shipping does not include insurance.
If you are in the midst of a jewelry emergency (which we totally get, by the way) and require your product sooner, we are happy to expedite your delivery at an additional cost to you.
We offer UPS and FedEx express shipping for the standard rates. All costs associated with expedited shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We hope you have fallen madly in love with the January Moon treasure you selected but we know that sometimes, things just aren’t meant to be. Sigh. If you would like to return your item, or, if you would like to exchange it for something else that has caught your eye, please send us a note including the reason for return/exchange and your original order information at email@example.com. Let's try and work things out.
To qualify for a return, your product must be in excellent, unused condition and in its original packaging. All returns will be examined by January Moon upon receipt to ensure that the item is in satisfactory condition (determined at our sole discretion). We will send you an email to let you know that your item has arrived.
Returns and exchanges must occur within 30 days of purchase.
When your return is accepted, we will apply a credit to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Damages & Repairs
We believe in the integrity of our design, craftsmanship, and materials. However, if you have any concerns regarding the quality or construction of your teething wares please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We want to help make it right and answer any questions you have.
If your purchase is deemed damaged or defective we will gladly repair or replace your item. Please send your product to:
