Safety + Care
Our unique line of teething jewelry and feeding utensils are thoughtfully designed for both mama and babe.
All of our beads are made from non-toxic 100% silicone and free of BPA, PVC, cadmium, lead and phthalate.
Our beads and components have been put through independent third party safety testing and are compliant with CPSIA, ASTM F963-11 and Prop 65 standards.
The Japanese premium rope we use in our necklaces is dyed with certified lead-free dyes that meet all CPSIA requirements.
Our Safety Breakaway Clasp is exclusively designed by January Moon to promote maximum durability and safe use.
All of our necklaces feature the Safety Breakaway Clasp with rubberized stoppers that prohibit the shifting of beads. Parts are not detachable.
Our stoppers are intended to keep the beads in place for baby’s ease of use. If the stoppers should slide out of position, you can re-adjust by pushing them back into place. Some movement is typical.
To clean, all you need to do is gently wash the beads, safety breakaway clasp, and other components with warm soapy water and let air-dry. If you want to make your shiny parts extra shiny, you can use a metal polishing cloth to buff it to perfection!
January Moon products are not toys and are intended for safe, reasonable use by adults. Mini necklaces are intended for safe, careful wear by children over the age of three.
Parental supervision required AT ALL TIMES when products are being enjoyed by babies, small children, or persons with special needs.
Always inspect jewelry before use. If you detect damage before initial use, discontinue use and please contact us at email@example.com.
All of our products are designed and assembled by hand in Nashville, TN.
